The Aspen Dining Hall is an all-you-can-eat, buffet-style dining hall with hot and cold menu items. There are vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian dining options. All meals include the salad bar, entrées, desserts, and beverages.
Hours of Operation:
Breakfast: 7:00 am to 9:00 am
Lunch: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Dinner: 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm
