An experienced DR practitioner and an experienced former prosecutor will discuss the procedural interplay of criminal cases involving child abuse charges and DR cases involving the victimized children and provide guidance to DR practitioners on how to present evidence in a DR case without negatively impacting the criminal case, how to present child hearsay evidence, and how to prepare their clients and other witnesses for a contested DR hearing involving child abuse allegations.
